At the front of the van I want a bed/bench seat under which will fit the water tank on one side and the battery bank on the other.  The seat back will also act as the bulk head to separate off the drivers area from the living area.

Whew, it fitted to gether correctly first time.  The corner pieces is 4mm ply put there just to hold it stable until I was ready to glue and screw.  I wanted to put it into the van to check fit before making it final and it was wobbly without these.

Another job done.  there is 4mm ply on the back and insulation was fitted at a later date.
