I did want to spray foam the whole van,  however I seriously miscalculated how much would be needed and I ran out.  I had to use xtratherm and single tin foam to get the job done.  I am still not 100% happy about this and will be pulling quite a bit of the van out and re-insulating.  I would strongly recommend the two pack PU insulation.

The roof is buckled where the previous owner had used it for heavy loads with out a roof rack. didn’t notice until doing this.
